Job summary

BD is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales for Infection Prevention and Biosurgery products across a defined territory. You will educate physicians and OR staff, provide on-site support during procedures, and work to expand new accounts while meeting sales goals.

You will travel extensively, develop relationships with surgeons, nurses, and materials management, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge to maximize adoption and proper usage of BD solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant sales experience is required.
• Operating room sales/medical device experience is preferred.
• Documentation of successful sales performance is required.
• The ability to work in an operating room environment is required.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational and planning skills.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record satisfactory to the Company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a territory base to expand BD products in infection prevention and biosurgery.
• Educate physicians, surgeons, and OR staff on proper product use and processes.
• Provide on-site technical support during procedures to ensure proper use of products.
• Maintain knowledge of BD products, channels, and distribution.
