Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members; provide direction and recommendations to products and services to help customers reach financial goals.
• Act as leader for customer experience; expand customer base and promote products and services in the local market/community.
