Job summary

GFT in the Southeast is seeking a Regional Growth Leader to drive transportation business growth across the region. You will lead delivery, client engagement, and strategic sales, shaping transportation systems that improve safety, mobility, and reliability for multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in transportation, infrastructure, or AEC industries.
• Experience in business development and client relationships.
• Experience with DOTs, municipalities, and transportation clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement transportation growth strategies aligned with firm objectives.
• Identify markets, funding programs, and investment opportunities.
• Lead strategic pursuits and capture planning for major projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with transportation agencies and clients.
• Coordinate with marketing and proposal teams to win opportunities.
• Partner with regional leaders to align growth with business goals.
