GFT, a private AEC firm, seeks a Regional Growth Leader for the Southeast Transportation Group to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and lead strategic pursuits across state DOTs, transit agencies, airports, and private sector clients. This role blends project leadership with business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Planning, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Professional license preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement transportation growth strategies aligned with the firm's objectives.
• Identify emerging transportation markets, funding programs, and investment opportunities.
• Evaluate market trends, competitive activity, and client priorities to support strategic decisions.
• Support expansion into new transportation clients, markets, and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with transportation agencies, municipalities, and other clients.
• Lead strategic account plans for targeted transportation clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for strategic clients.
• Identify, qualify, and prioritize transportation opportunities to support growth.
