GFT is seeking a Regional Growth Leader for the Southeast Transportation Group. The role blends strategy, client engagement, and business development to expand the firm’s transportation services across the region.

You will lead growth initiatives, build strategic client relationships, and drive backlog and revenue growth while representing the firm at industry events and forming partnerships with transportation stakeholders.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in transportation, infrastructure, or AEC industries.
• Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
• Experience with DOTs, municipalities, transit agencies, airport authorities, and other transportation clients.
• Ability to lead complex pursuits and capture efforts for transportation projects.
• Strong understanding of transportation funding programs and market trends.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement transportation growth strategies aligned with firm objectives.
• Identify emerging transportation markets, funding programs, and investment opportunities.
• Lead strategic pursuits and manage capture planning.
• Develop and maintain relationships with transportation agencies and key clients.
• Coordinate with teams to deliver integrated transportation solutions.
