Job summary

GFT is seeking a Regional Transportation Growth Leader to drive growth, client development, strategic sales, and market expansion across the Central/West region. You will partner with operations, client service, and marketing teams to identify opportunities and meet sales objectives, while representing GFT with transportation clients and industry organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Planning, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in transportation, infrastructure, or AEC industry.
• Experience with DOTs, municipalities, transit agencies, airport authorities, and other transportation clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement transportation growth strategies aligned with objectives.
• Identify emerging transportation markets, funding programs, and investment opportunities.
• Lead strategic pursuits and support capture planning to expand GFT’s presence with clients.
