GFT is seeking a Regional Growth Leader for the Transportation Group in the Southeast. This senior, hybrid role drives growth, client engagement, project leadership, and strategic bids across state DOTs, municipalities, transit authorities, airports, and private-sector clients.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience within transportation, infrastructure, or AEC industries.
• Proven success in business development, client relationship management, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Experience with DOTs, municipalities, transit agencies, airport authorities, and other transportation clients.
• Proven ability to lead complex pursuits and capture efforts for transportation projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement transportation growth strategies aligned with firm objectives.
• Identify emerging transportation markets, funding programs, and investment opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for targeted transportation clients.
• Mentor project managers and client managers in business development and client relationship management.
• Represent the firm at transportation industry conferences and professional organizations.
