Job summary

GFT is seeking a Regional Growth Leader for the Transportation Group in the Southeast. This hybrid role drives growth, leads strategic pursuits, and engages clients across state DOTs, municipalities, and private clients to expand the firm’s transportation portfolio.

The successful candidate will work with Operations, Marketing, and Project Teams to identify opportunities, shape proposals, and deliver sustained revenue and backlog growth for Southeast markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Planning, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Professional license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop transportation growth strategies aligned with firm objectives.
• Identify emerging markets, funding programs, and investment opportunities.
• Lead strategic pursuits and capture planning for transportation projects.
• Cultivate relationships with DOTs, municipalities, transit authorities, airports, and private clients.
• Collaborate with leaders across operations, marketing, and project teams to win work.
