Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, transportation or related field.
• 15+ years in transportation, infrastructure, or AEC industry.
• Proven success in business development and client management.
• Experience with DOTs, municipalities, transit authorities, airports.
• Experience leading complex pursuits and capture efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned with objectives.
• Identify markets, funding, and investment opportunities.
• Evaluate market trends and client priorities for strategy.
• Expand into new clients, geographies, and service offerings.
• Build relationships with transportation agencies and key clients.
• Lead strategic account plans and pursue major projects.
• Mentor managers in business development and client relations.
• Represent GFT at industry conferences and events.
• Promote capture planning and teaming strategies.
