Shawgrass, a Shaw Industries affiliate, is seeking a Territory Manager for the Southeast region (GA, AL, TN, AR, MS, LA). You will drive growth, engage architects and dealers, and manage a growing customer base across the Southeast with a focus on turf solutions.

The role requires strong business development and relationship skills, with up to 50% travel. You will partner with a closely-knit team to advance Shawgrass’ turf offerings regionally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales or adjacent industry experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Must reside within territory GA, AL, TN, AR, MS, LA.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with landscape architects, dealers, installers, distributors, and contractors to select products that fit project requirements, budgets and timelines.
• Travel throughout the Southeast region to call on existing customers and prospect new ones.
• Support a collaborative team environment and manage customer base in CRM (Salesforce.com).
• Follow up on leads from Dodge, isquarefoot.com, and networking groups.
• Build relationships with customers through lunches, dinners, and events.
• Attend regional and national conventions as required.
• Implement the selling process and make informed judgments in the field.
• Maintain understanding of product lines and their applications.
