Shawgrass, a Shaw Industries affiliate, seeks a Territory Manager for the Southeast to drive growth in GA, AL, TN, AR, MS, and LA. You will partner with landscape architects, dealers, and contractors to specify turf products and manage accounts.

This role demands field travel, CRM management (Salesforce), and the ability to present compelling solutions. A strong B2B sales background and residency within the territory are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years B2B sales or similar experience required.
• Up to 50% travel within territory.
• Residency within GA/AL/TN/AR/MS/LA territory required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with landscape architects, dealers, installers, and distributors to select products.
• Travel to call on existing and prospective customers to solicit business.
• Manage customer base through CRM (Salesforce.com).
• Follow up on leads from industry sources.
• Present product applications and benefits to clients.
