Job summary

Shawgrass, an affiliate of Shaw Industries, is seeking a Territory Manager to grow the Southeast region (GA, AL, TN, AR, MS, LA). You will engage landscape architects, dealers, distributors, and installers to specify products and build long-term partnerships.

Travel up to 50% is required; you will use CRM tools like Salesforce to manage accounts, conduct daily sales calls, and present Shawgrass solutions at regional events and conventions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years B2B sales or adjacent industry experience.
• Up to 50% travel required.
• Must reside within territory GA, AL, TN, AR, MS, LA.

Responsibilities

• Work with landscape architects, dealers, installers, distributors and contractors to specify products that fit project budgets and timelines.
• Travel within the territory to call on existing customers and prospect new ones.
• Support a team environment and use CRM tools to manage customer data and opportunities.
• Present Shawgrass products, systems and solutions to stakeholders and attend events as required.
• Build relationships with customers through meetings, lunches, and site visits.
