RL Enterprise Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our client in the steel and metal industry. The role covers the Southeast and focuses on new business development, key account management, and market expansion from Georgia through the Carolinas and Florida.

Candidates should have outside sales experience in steel or related manufacturing, strong presentation and negotiation skills, ability to travel and manage multi-state accounts, and be local to Savannah, GA or

Qualificações

• Experience in outside sales within steel, metal, or manufacturing industries.
• Experience managing multi-state territories and large customer accounts.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required based on industry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow territory revenue.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the steel and metal markets.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and business reviews.
• Collaborate with internal operations and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline activity.
