Job summary

Steel Technologies LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia. You will grow the territory by engaging customers, prospects, and engineers, driving quotes, and positioning our steel products.

Expect extensive field activity and close collaboration with the GM of Sales. You will build relationships, develop plans, and pursue opportunities to increase profitability while meeting sales targets and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred and 1–5 years of sales experience are expected.
• Ability to work independently, prospect effectively, and manage time efficiently.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills; comfortable with in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Grow business in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia within the territory.
• Develop a sales plan and maintain an active customer and top prospect list.
• Meet regularly with the GM of Sales to review opportunities and strategies.
• Communicate Steel Technologies value proposition to customers and prospects.
• Build relationships through in-person visits and strategic engagement at all levels.
