Job summary

Sales Xceleration Recruiting is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to own and grow the Southeast territory, with Florida emphasis. This Individual Contributor role focuses on selling high-end metal fabrication and capital equipment to owners and decision-makers, with remote work and regional travel.

You will prospect, develop accounts, conduct demonstrations, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, earning uncapped commissions and a substantial OTE in a growing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.
• Proven ability to hunt, develop a territory and close high-value deals.
• Comfortable selling directly to owners, executives and operational decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel 40-70%, primarily regional travel within Florida.
• Based in Florida; Orlando, Tampa or Miami areas are ideal.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the Southeast territory with a heavy focus on Florida.
• Prospect, open new accounts and convert competitive business.
• Develop relationships with manufacturers, contractors, plant leaders and business owners.
• Conduct product demonstrations and recommend equipment based on customer applications.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and quoting through negotiation, close and follow-up.
• Sell capital equipment and automated systems.
• Travel throughout the territory.
