Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to lead reporting, analytics, data management, and expense oversight for the Southeast Geography region. You will partner with regional leadership to translate data into insights, strengthen processes, and drive sales efficiency.

The role reports to the Professional Sales Organization, requiring strong analytical skills and advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field required.
• 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related role required, including experience independently owning complex workstreams or regional business support.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders through proactive, clear, and concise communication.
• Strong proficiency in CRM tools, Salesforce preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, with solid working proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own regional reporting and analytics; collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights.
• Own ongoing review of KPIs, identify performance trends and areas for improvement, and recommend actions to regional leadership.
• Act as a trusted sales operations partner to senior leadership by communicating trends, metrics, risks, process improvements, and gaps in reporting.
• Serve as Salesforce and Power BI SME; guide data, system functionality, and processes; drive adoption.
• Ensure data quality and accurate territory/target mappings; maintain data hygiene best practices.
• Oversee sales-related expense reporting and analysis; align with budgets and targets.
• Lead documentation and continuous improvement of regional sales processes for consistency and scalability.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with sales ops, enablement, marketing, finance, data analytics, and growth teams.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
