Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our Southeast Geography team and lead sales operations support. You will own reporting, analytics, data management, sales performance, forecast reporting and analysis, sales processes, development of presentation materials, and expense management.

You will partner with regional leadership to translate data into actionable insights, strengthen sales processes, and improve overall sales efficiency to drive our business forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related role.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders.
• Strong proficiency in CRM tools, Salesforce preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own regional reporting and analytics. Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights.
• Own the ongoing review of KPIs, identify performance trends and improvement areas.
• Proactively communicate sales trends, performance metrics, risks, and gaps in reporting and forecasting to leadership.
• Serve as the regional Salesforce and Power BI SME, guiding data, system functionality, and processes.
• Ensure Salesforce data quality and maintain territory mappings and sales categorizations.
• Oversee sales-related expense reporting and analysis, aligning with budgets and targets.
• Lead documentation and continuous improvement of regional sales processes.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to align priorities and achieve goals.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
