Baker Tilly is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our Southeast geography team. You will own reporting, analytics, data management, and forecast reporting, partnering with regional leadership to translate data into actionable insights and improve sales efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a strong operations background, excels at influencing senior leaders, and can drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, finance and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related role.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders through proactive, clear communication.
• Strong proficiency in CRM tools, Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent analytical and business judgment skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own regional reporting and analytics to provide actionable insights.
• Own ongoing review of KPIs and identify performance trends for leadership.
• Communicate sales trends, performance metrics, risks, and gaps proactively to leadership.
• Serve as Salesforce and Power BI SME and drive adoption.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy in territory mappings and sales categorization.
• Oversee sales-related expense reporting and alignment with budgets.
• Lead documentation and continuous improvement of regional sales processes.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, data analytics and other teams.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
