Job summary
Baker Tilly US is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to drive reporting, analytics, data management and forecast quality for the Southeast Geography. You will partner with regional leadership to translate data into insights, strengthen sales processes, and improve efficiency across functions.
The ideal candidate will have a background in sales operations, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while working in a remote or hybrid
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years in sales operations or a related role.
- Experience owning complex workstreams or regional support.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders through clear communication.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to use Power BI for reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own regional reporting and analytics; provide actionable insights.
- Review KPIs, identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate sales trends and risks to regional leadership.
- Serve as Salesforce and Power BI SME; guide data and processes.
- Ensure data quality, territory mappings, and classification accuracy.
- Oversee sales expense reporting and budget alignment.
- Standardize and improve regional sales processes for scale.
- Coordinate across functions to align priorities and goals.
- Develop executive-ready presentations for senior stakeholders.
