Baker Tilly is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to lead sales operations support for the Southeast Geography region. You will own reporting, analytics, data management, forecast reporting, and sales process improvement, partnering with regional leadership to drive efficiency and growth.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, ability to influence across functions, and experience in a remote or hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related role.
• Experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own regional reporting and analytics. Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights.
• Own the ongoing review of KPIs and identify performance trends for regional leadership.
• Act as a trusted sales operations partner by communicating trends, risks, and gaps in reporting and forecasting.
• Serve as Salesforce and Power BI SME, guiding data, system functionality, and processes.
• Ensure Salesforce data quality and maintain territory mappings and sales categorizations.
• Oversee sales-related expense reporting and budget alignment with Finance.
• Lead documentation and standardization of regional sales processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align priorities and drive growth.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
