Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to lead reporting, analytics, data management and performance across the Southeast region. You will partner with regional leadership to translate data into insights, strengthen sales processes and drive efficiency, reporting to the Professional Sales Organization.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytics, CRM expertise (Salesforce), Excel and Power BI skills, and the ability to influence across functions in a remote/hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related role
• Demonstrated experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders
• Strong proficiency with CRM tools; Salesforce preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong business judgment
• Ability to work in a remote or hybrid environment

Responsibilities

• Own regional reporting and analytics, analyzing data to guide decisions
• Review KPIs, identify trends, and recommend actions to leadership
• Communicate sales trends and risks to senior leadership
• Serve as Salesforce and Power BI SME, guide data usage
• Ensure data quality, territory mappings, and sales classifications
• Oversee sales expense reporting and budgeting alignment
• Document and improve regional sales processes for efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities
• Develop executive-ready presentations and recommendations
