Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead Southeast US sales in the power supply sector, expanding OEM and distribution business and nurturing key customer relationships.

Responsibilities include planning annual targets, securing new accounts, managing existing customers, visiting clients, coordinating with factory teams, and delivering regular forecasts. Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering preferred; 5+ years outside sales and travel willingness required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years outside sales in power supply or related field.
• Experience managing manufacturers' representatives.
• Strong program management and product development familiarity.
• Self-motivated with excellent organization and time management.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and overcoming challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual sales plan to achieve targets in the territory.
• Identify and secure new OEM accounts aligned with strategy.
• Manage existing customer relationships for sales and satisfaction.
• Conduct client visits, address concerns, and deliver presentations.
• Provide account management from technical development through production.
• Lead and collaborate with factory teams for program success.
• Prepare and present periodic sales forecasts and account status updates.
