Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech – Neurovascular is recruiting a Regional Business Manager (Southeast) to cover FL, NC, SC, TN, GA, and AL. This field-based role leads a team of territory managers, delivering sales objectives while collaborating with sales, training and marketing teams.

The position requires a 4-year technical or scientific degree, 7+ years in outside medical device sales, strong communication, and a track record in commission-driven roles.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a technical or scientific field preferred.
• At least 7 years of outside sales experience, including medical devices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to meet sales goals in a commission-driven role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales objectives and manage a team of field-based territory managers.
• Partner with National Sales Director, training and marketing teams to enable the sales force.
• Engage key customers to drive sales across the product portfolio.
• Foster professional development and accountability within direct reports.
• Lead with Credo values and ensure policy compliance.
• Use performance tools to plan activities and track results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support reports and initiatives.
