Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Neurovascular is recruiting for a Regional Business Manager (South Central). This field-based position will cover the following locations: Texas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Louisiana, New Mexico, Nebraska, Missouri & Kansas.

The role leads a team of territory managers, collaborates with the National Sales Director and training/marketing teams to ensure the sales force has the tools and education needed to perform at a high level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field preferred.
• 7+ years of outside sales experience in medical devices.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to meet sales goals in a commission-driven role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the sales objectives of the company and manage a team of field-based territory managers.
• Ensure direct reports perform duties with professionalism and healthcare interface knowledge.
• Collaborate with National Sales Director, training, and marketing to provide tools and education for optimal performance.
• Uphold Credo values, lead with integrity, and enforce company policies.
• Support professional development plans and accountability for staff.
• Utilize performance processes to plan activities and track accountability.
• Lead the team to meet and exceed objectives and metrics.
• Engage with key customers to drive the overall product portfolio sales.
