Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Neurovascular is seeking a Regional Business Manager (Southeast) to lead a field-based team covering FL, NC, SC, TN, GA, and AL. You will drive sales objectives, develop accounts, and collaborate with marketing and training to optimize results.

The role demands 7+ years in medical device outside sales, strong communication, and proven leadership. Travel up to 75% within the region; base pay ranges with incentives are provided.

Qualifications

• Requires outside sales experience in medical devices.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals in a commission-driven role.
• Experience engaging with physicians, especially surgeons, in OR or invasive labs.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve regional sales objectives and manage field-based territory managers.
• Collaborate with National Sales Director, training and marketing to equip the team.
• Develop professional development plans and hold team accountable for progress.
• Apply performance management tools to plan activities and track results.
• Drive adoption of our product portfolio with key customers and accounts.
