Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Neurovascular is recruiting for a Regional Business Manager (Southeast). This field-based role covers Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama, delivering sales objectives and leading a team of territory managers.

You will collaborate with National Sales Director, training, and marketing to equip the sales force, uphold Credo values, and drive performance. This role includes up to 75% travel and a commission-driven compensation plan.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree, majored in a technical or scientific field preferred.
• 7+ years outside sales experience, including experience selling medical devices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a commission-driven position.
• People Management experience.
• Experience with Contracting (development and implementation).
• Experience selling to surgeons in operating rooms or invasive labs.
• CRM utilization experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the sales objectives of the company and manage a team of field-based territory managers.
• Ensure direct reports perform duties with professionalism and healthcare community interface.
• Collaborate with National Sales Director, training and marketing to provide tools and education for the sales team.
• Lead with Credo values, integrity, and policy adherence.
• Support employee development plans and accountability.
• Use performance management to plan activities and track results.
• Engage key customers to drive sales of the product portfolio.
