Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech – Neurovascular is recruiting a Regional Business Manager (South Central) to lead a field-based sales team covering TX, OK, LA, NM, MO, NE, KS and surrounding areas. This role drives regional sales objectives and collaborates with marketing, training, and cross-functional partners to optimize performance.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of outside medical device sales, strong communication skills, and a track record of meeting aggressive commission-based targets.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a technical or scientific field is required.
• At least 7 years of outside sales experience, including medical devices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a commission-driven role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the company’s sales objectives and manage a team of field-based territory managers.
• Collaborate with National Sales Director, training and marketing teams to equip the sales force.
• Uphold Credo values, integrity, and company policies.
• Support professional development plans and accountability for team members.
• Utilize performance management processes to drive activity planning and results.
• Lead the team to meet/exceed objectives and metrics.
• Engage with key customers to drive sales across the product portfolio.
