Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Neurovascular is recruiting for a Regional Business Manager (South Central). This field-based role will cover Texas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Louisiana, New Mexico, Nebraska, Missouri & Kansas.

Qualifications

4-year degree, major in technical or scientific field preferred.
At least 7 years of outside sales experience, including experience selling medical devices.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to meet/exceed sales goals in a commission-driven role.

Responsibilities

Delivers sales objectives and manages a field-based territory team.
Collaborates with National Sales Director, training and marketing teams to supply tools and education.
Leads with Credo values; ensures professional development and accountability of direct reports.
Uses performance management to aid in activity planning and accountability.
Engages with key customers to drive the overall product portfolio.
