Job summary

Wetalentia, a global technology leader in advanced control solutions for refrigeration, HVAC, and energy efficiency, seeks a Sales Manager to drive the Refrigeration business across the southeastern United States. You will lead regional development, manage key accounts, and expand relationships with OEMs, contractors, distributors, consultants, and end users in the territory.

The role blends business development, technical sales, and pipeline management.

Qualifications

• Degree or technical certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the refrigeration industry.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities to analyze complex situations.
• Ability to read technical docs, specs, drawings.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and build relationships with OEMs, contractors, distributors, end users.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to project execution.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, Software Development, Operations and Customer Service.
• Maintain a disciplined new business pipeline and market presence.
• Forecasting, CRM updates, customer visits and sales reporting.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
