Job summary

Jobot is seeking a highly autonomous Regional Sales Manager to serve as the primary sales and technical resource for a key strategic retail account in refrigeration. The role involves partnering with facility maintenance teams, guiding on maintenance parts and system solutions, and expanding revenue within existing accounts.

The successful candidate will cultivate long-term customer relationships, balancing technical consulting with sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 5+ years in refrigeration systems, HVAC/R, or related field.
• Proven experience supporting large retail, grocery, or facilities management accounts.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration components and maintenance requirements.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a strategic Walmart U.S. maintenance/account relationship.
• Provide technical guidance on refrigeration maintenance, parts, and equipment solutions.
• Develop relationships with facility managers and decision-makers.
• Present product recommendations, pricing proposals, and value-driven solutions.
• Maintain forecasting, account plans, and sales reporting.
• Travel extensively to customer sites and industry events.
