Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager with strong refrigeration expertise to drive growth for a major strategic Walmart U.S. account. This remote, home-based role emphasizes building long-term customer relationships and serving as a trusted technical resource.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) preferred.
5+ years in refrigeration systems, refrigeration maintenance, HVAC/R, or related sectors.
Proven experience supporting large retail, grocery, or facilities accounts.
Strong understanding of refrigeration components, replacement parts, and PM needs.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a strategic relationship with Walmart U.S. maintenance and facilities teams.
Serve as a trusted advisor on refrigeration maintenance and equipment solutions.
Provide technical consultation and troubleshooting for commercial refrigeration systems.
Develop strong working relationships with Walmart leaders and decision-makers.
Identify opportunities to expand product penetration and increase revenue within the account.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and forecasting.
