Job summary

CAREL USA is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to grow our refrigeration customer base across the southeast. The role requires presenting CAREL’s technology to executives, engineers, contractors and OEMs, and turning opportunities into wins.

You will collaborate with product, R&D, and forecasting teams, manage a robust sales funnel, conduct demonstrations, prepare quotations, and travel up to 50% to build strong regional relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in HVAC or related field; 5+ years in refrigeration preferred.
• Ability to present information to managers, end users, contractors and OEMs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; able to interpret technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Review specifications and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Travel up to 50% to meet clients and attend events.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, contractors and partners.
