Job summary

Unifin International, a Wabtec business unit, seeks a Southeast USA Regional Sales Manager to win contracts in a defined territory and manage a network of third-party agents. You’ll combine technical knowledge with strategic account management to drive growth in the power generation market.

The role requires 6+ years in technical sales or engineering, a Bachelor’s in engineering, and travel ~50% across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering preferred; others considered with strong mechanical aptitude and relevant experience.
• 6–9 years of experience in technical sales, application support or engineering in the power generation industry.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel within a defined US territory (approximately 50%).

Responsibilities

• Submit monthly territory reports detailing sales activities, market developments and opportunities.
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and industry functions as directed.
• Visit customer sites for project scoping and equipment inspections.
• Interface with Marketing and Sales Director and coordinate with engineering to develop solutions.
• Develop value-driven solutions and respond to quotations from engineering teams.
