Job summary

Alcon is seeking a LenSx Field Service Engineer to support equipment across the Southeast Territory, delivering installation, testing, maintenance, and repair with a focus on reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• 2 years of Relevant Experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Alcon equipment.
• Manage installations and upgrades per company guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues and escalate to engineering when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and SOP compliance (GxP) and regulatory requirements.
• Develop relationships with customers to secure future service contracts.
