Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Sr. Associate I, Field Service Operations to support sales and marketing by handling installations, case management, maintenance, inventory, and returns of demo and education equipment.

You will lead projects, apply innovative solutions, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong organizational skills, English fluency, and 2 years of relevant experience, with travel up to 50% and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• 2 years of Relevant Experience.

Responsibilities

• Installations, case management, maintenance, inventory and returns of demo and education equipment.
• Lead advanced projects and implement innovative solutions to improve operations.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and GxP regulations through accurate documentation.
• Provide onsite and offsite technical and clinical support at events and labs.
