Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead a team of field service engineers across the assigned region, delivering service and sales support for Alcon equipment.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, 3+ years of leadership, and the ability to travel up to 60% with overnight stays. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is expected, and travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with related field experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience in service, healthcare, or equipment sales.
• 3 years demonstrated leadership.
• Ability to travel 50%–60% including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive service and sales support on Alcon equipment.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, field sales, clinical teams and other regional managers.
• Meet regional goals and manage budgets within guidelines.
• Hire, develop, train, motivate and lead a team of Field Service Engineers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the region.
