Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead a team of 8–14 field service engineers and manage service delivery for Laser, Surgical and diagnostic equipment across PA, MD, VA, WV, and OH.

The role requires 5 years of relevant experience, 3 years of leadership, and travel about 50% with strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance. Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceMax is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience in field service or healthcare services.
• 3 years of demonstrated leadership in a supervisory or management role.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region (Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio) including overnight.
• Fluent in English, strong communication and customer interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and sales support on Alcon equipment.
• Lead and develop a team of Field Service Engineers (8–14 staff).
• Meet regional goals and manage within budgetary guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for the region.
• Collaborate with sales, clinical teams and customers to drive service revenue.
