Job summary

Stellar Industries Inc. is seeking a dynamic Demount Outside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team and cover the Southeast Territory.

You will develop new business opportunities, maintain distributor relationships, and achieve sales targets within your assigned territory for the demountable product line. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years of outside sales experience, and a proven track record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 4+ years of outside sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations at client locations.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM system.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and product developments.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
