Job summary

Alside, a leading exterior building products distributor, seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales across assigned accounts and grow the business within a defined region.

You will prospect new customers, manage relationships with builders and architects, demo core products, and work with supply center teams to fulfill orders, with up to 70% travel. The role offers uncapped commissions and a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Successful outside sales history with 2+ years of experience.
• Self-directed, highly organized, customer-focused and competitive.
• Travel approximately 70% of the week within the region.
• Experience in building materials industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all sales and account planning, forecasting and reporting for assigned accounts.
• Develop and maintain target accounts and drive growth within territory.
• Understand customer objectives and pursue sales opportunities.
• Acquire new customers to maximize revenue.
• Provide exceptional customer service and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with supply center and corporate resources to fulfill orders.
• Mentor other sales representatives.
