• Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively across the South Zone.
• Strong ownership, execution, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as SPOC for the South Zone, driving sales, training, and field enablement.
• Drive AB capability, product penetration, PV growth, and leadership development.
• Conduct product, sales, and behavioural training with field teams.
• Improve training-to-sales conversion and overall business performance.
• Represent KeySoul and ensure consistent product messaging, grooming, and professional standards.
