Job summary

MSCI is seeking a Regional Sales Training Lead for the Americas to design, deliver and embed high-impact sales training across the United States, Canada, Mexico and South America. This senior IC role combines deep sales credibility with exceptional training, facilitation and coaching capabilities.

You will build practical tools, run onboarding and coaching programs, and collaborate with product, marketing and research teams to ensure training aligns with market needs.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years combining client-facing sales with training or enablement.
• Experience designing and facilitating sales training for professional audiences.
• Strong knowledge of core sales skills and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-impact sales skills training for the Americas.
• Facilitate training on prospecting, discovery, negotiation and closing.
• Embed sales methodology with observable, repeatable behaviours.
• Build tools and job aids to reinforce learning after training.
• Coach frontline sales managers and lead onboarding for new hires.
• Partner with Product, Marketing and Research to align training to plays.
