Job summary

Champions Group is seeking a dedicated Sales Trainer/Coach to elevate our field sales team across the region. You will partner with local sales managers, ride along on calls, model winning behaviors, deliver training, and ensure high execution standards to drive measurable results.

Based in Seattle, this role requires extensive travel (more than 60%). You will develop curriculum, conduct classroom sessions, provide on-site coaching, and mentor managers on coaching techniques to sustain

Qualifications

Public speaking experience delivering training to groups and individuals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an energetic approach.
Proven track record of driving sales results through training and coaching.
Willingness to travel extensively (more than 60% of time).
Ability to design and implement sales training curricula and programs.
Familiarity with KPI and pipeline metrics to measure impact.

Responsibilities

Classroom Training: conduct sales process training at multiple field locations for diverse roles.
On-Site Coaching: ride with sales teams during customer visits, modeling techniques and coaching.
