Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director of Franchise Leadership – South to act as the primary strategic liaison between Coca-Cola and CCSWB South Zone. You will drive performance across the full portfolio, align commercial priorities, and ensure execution excellence with bottlers in the South Zone.

Responsibilities include leading JBPs, building executive relationships, and deploying aligned strategies across multiple stakeholders to deliver revenue, volume, and share growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 7+ years in a CPG sales, key account, franchise management or operations role.
• Experience translating annual strategies into territory operating plans and JBPs.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary strategic liaison between The Coca-Cola Company and CCSWB South Zone leadership.
• Lead territory deployment of aligned commercial strategies and initiatives.
• Coach and support bottler organization to achieve top-tier market execution.
• Develop and activate contingency plans to protect annual plan delivery; monitor recovery milestones.
