Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 7+ years in a CPG organization across sales, key account, franchise management, or operations.
• Strong commercial and financial judgment with revenue/ P&L experience.
• Ability to translate strategies into territory operating plans and actions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary strategic liaison between The Coca-Cola Company and CCSWB North Zone leadership.
• Drive performance across the full Coca-Cola portfolio within CCSWB North Zone.
• Lead deployment of aligned commercial strategies with clear ownership and adoption.
• Champion execution excellence to achieve top-tier market performance.
• Develop contingency plans to protect annual plan delivery and monitor recovery milestones.
• Strengthen relationships with bottler partners and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in bi-monthly planning integrating cross-functional inputs into execution agenda.
• Maintain regular in-market cadence to validate outlet execution and learn from the market.
