Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director, Franchise Leadership – South Zone to serve as the primary strategic partner between Coca-Cola Company and CCSWB across the South Zone. You will translate priorities into bottler-specific operating plans and drive profitable growth, volume, share, and revenue across all categories and packages.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
7+ years in a CPG organization across sales, key account, franchise management, or operations.
Experience translating annual strategies into territory operating plans and leading corrective actions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary strategic liaison between The Coca-Cola Company and CCSWB South Zone.
Drive performance across the full Coca-Cola portfolio within CCSWB South Zone, with responsibility spanning all categories and packages.
Lead territory deployment of aligned commercial strategies and initiatives, ensuring operational readiness and adoption.
