Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director, Franchise Leadership – South to partner with CCSWB South Zone, drive profitable growth, and align commercial priorities across multiple categories and markets. Remote-friendly in the United States with a focus on Houston, San Antonio, Austin and surrounding areas.

You will translate priorities into bottler operating plans, maintain executive relationships, and ensure execution against JBPs, Market Street Challenge, and other performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in a CPG organization across sales, key account, franchise management, or operations.
• Proven ability translating annual strategies into territory operating plans and JBPs.
• Strong commercial/financial judgment including P&Ls, pricing, and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic liaison between The Coca‑Cola Company and CCSWB South Zone leadership.
• Lead territory deployment of aligned commercial strategies and initiatives, ensuring operational readiness.
• Champion execution excellence; coach and support bottler organization to top-tier performance.
• Build trusted executive relationships and drive joint business planning with bottlers and stakeholders.
• Develop contingency plans to protect annual plan delivery and monitor recovery milestones.
• Expand territory potential through several capability and execution initiatives.
