Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based Regional Clinical Account Executive Leader to oversee CAEs across the South region, including Alabama and surrounding areas. You will shape strategy, ensure compliant promotion, and drive performance and accountability.

You will coach teams, translate strategy into local execution, manage budgets, and build strong key account partnerships in hematology/oncology, with a focus on Multiple Myeloma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in pharma/biotech.
• Oncology experience, preferably Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancies.
• Proven track record of top results and leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Clinical Account Executives (CAEs) across the South region.
• Translate strategy into local execution with clear priorities.
• Serve team as product knowledge expert and disease state expert.
• Strategically execute brand strategy at local level to impact business.
• Manage budget and resources to maximize patient impact.
• Lead Key Account Management by aligning field teams around priorities.
