Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based Clinical Account Executive to cover Atlanta, Macon, Albany and surrounding areas. You will lead territory strategy, build trusted partnerships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses and pharmacists, and translate scientific insights into compliant, customer-focused engagements.

Reporting to the Senior District Manager, the CAE will develop a territory business plan, manage key accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve Multiple Myeloma brand

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech.
• Oncology/hematology experience required, preferably in Multiple Myeloma.
• Desire and ability to take on larger roles faster than peers.
• Competitive selling skills.
• Demonstrated collaborative work across teams.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer-focused engagements.
• Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data and analytics to optimize execution.
