Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based Clinical Account Executive to lead a California territory focused on Multiple Myeloma and oncology solutions. You will build strategic account plans, engage with hematologists, oncologists, nurses and pharmacists, and drive compliant, data-driven engagements to improve patient outcomes across the region.

You bring 5+ years of pharma/biotech sales experience, strong business acumen, and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Some travel within CA is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech.
• Oncology/hematology experience preferred, especially Multiple Myeloma.
• Ability to develop territory business plans and execute with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements and insights to improve patient outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
• Monitor territory performance with data and analytics to optimize execution.
• Maintain high integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all interactions.
