Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in CPG, beverage, commercial strategy, sales, or category management.
• Proven ability to translate strategies into executable category plans.
• Strong commercial and financial judgment on revenue, price and promotions.
• Deep understanding of consumer, category, channel, and in-market levers.
• Experience leading planning and stewardship routines with cross-functional and bottler partners.
